We are a successful commercial loan brokerage seeking qualified individuals to process, analyze, and market loans for our top producing loan officers. The position is salaried with both performance bonus and commission bonus potential.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Loan Processing Experience (Commercial Preferred).
Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills in person, on phone, and by email.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple on-going tasks and projects.
High degree of optimism, integrity, confidentiality, initiative, and accountability
Strong work ethic and proactive “can do” attitude.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree (Finance, Banking, Real Estate, or Accounting preferred).
Real Estate Salesperson’s License.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Senior Loan Broker.
Detailed Excel spreadsheet analysis.
Loan request package creation and analysis.
Accounting and financial analysis.
General day to day logistical implementation such as sending out quotes, packages, documents, site visits, etc.
Maintain advertisement information and press releases.

The successful candidate must be energized working in a fast paced environment, be competent in dealing with
time sensitive requests, communicate efficiently but with courtesy, and project a professional image.

Small Business Mortgage Advisor

Piedmont Capital Funding is an expanding commercial real estate loan brokerage, widely recognized and highly reputable in the bay area. We are looking for a loan agent who has experience closing owner/user mortgage loans and is looking to join us and take their career to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of procuring, underwriting, and closing conventional owner user as well as SBA loans. Brokerage experience is not required but experience funding small business loans is. The Advisor can expect extensive sales and marketing training, a full time processor to assist with underwriting, and access to a consistent supply of leads from a variety of sources.

Investment Real Estate Loan Advisor

Candidates for this position must be hard working and achievement-oriented with a competitive edge and a strong desire to succeed. The ability to work well with a mentor, but with minimal day-to-day supervision is a must. Candidates should have high motivation, solid computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Training provided, but either real estate experience, sales or loans experience is a major plus. Responsibilities will vary, but will include originating, underwriting and closing investment loans for agents and their clients, as well as other investors and source commercial loans in their local markets on a direct basis with clients. After an initial training period, an advisor will be adept in underwriting multi-family and commercial loans and will have a good understanding of local and regional lenders and their loan programs. An advisor applicant can expect an immediate and consistent volume of referrals and leads from a producing office of real estate agents all specializing in investment real estate transactions.
